Preparation Steps‌

  1. Submit Your Design
    Share your design with us for feasibility assessment.
  2. No Design? No Problem!
    Choose from our existing ‌"Products"‌ or ‌"Design Library"‌ for inspiration. Alternatively, we can connect you with a professional designer to create a custom range tailored to your needs.
  3. Final Confirmation
    Our merchandising team will collaborate with you to finalize styles, fabrics, accessories, and production details.

 

Sample Process‌

1. Ordering Existing Products
If you select from our current ‌"Products"‌, you may directly order samples through our website to evaluate fit and quality. For any modifications, please contact us via email.

2. Custom Range Samples
For custom designs, our merchandising team will confirm the sample fee and production lead time before proceeding.

3. Sample Fee Refund Policy
Typically, 50% of the sample fee will be refunded upon bulk order confirmation. However, repeated modifications will void the refund eligibility.

Bulk Order Process‌

1.Competitive Pricing

We provide the most competitive quotation based on your sample specifications and order quantity.

2. Production Timeline

o   Standard "Product" series: 30-40 days

o   Customized series: Variable (depends on design complexity and fabric availability)

3.Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.

4.Production Updates & Logistics

Our merchandising team will provide regular progress reports. Two weeks prior to completion, we’ll coordinate shipping arrangements and assist with documentation.

5.Final Settlement

The remaining balance must be settled before shipment release.

Shipping & Logistics‌

1. Small Batch Orders (X-Factory)

o   Default: X-Factory shipment

o   Express option: Available through our corporate account (Shipping fees will be billed to the customer)

 2. FOB Service (Orders ≥$20,000 USD)
Qualifying orders eligible for FOB terms with full logistics support (documentation, customs, carrier coordination).

3. Additional Services

o   LCL/FCL options

o   Incoterms flexibility (CIP/CIF/DDP)

o   Real-time tracking
